Course Information
We strongly recommend that use at least 15 - 20 hours on self study before attending any of your ART courses. The courses require that you have a good anatomical knowledge. We advice you to use the manual, DVD and the anatomy CD you receive(d) when studying. Try watching the DVD at the same time as you follow the protocols in the manual. You will find useful guidelines on every protocol in the manual.
The course focuses on the Hands On training in small groups with instructors. Each course will be lead by a course leader. Usually it will be Nicolai van der Lagen.
ART consist of 3 basic courses:
Upper
Lower
Spine
When you have taken all of these courses, you will become “Full Body Certified”. Most of the ART practitioners wish to continue their educational program. After finishing the basic course, you will have the opportunity to do the Long Nerve Entrapment Course, Biomechanics and the Master’s.
